MerryNest Christmas Giveaway: Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The MerryNest Christmas Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Freelance Clients S.R.L., operating the MerryNest store at merrynest.site ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open worldwide to individuals who are 18 years or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, and in any country, state or province where the Giveaway would require registration or bonding, including the Province of Quebec, Italy and Brazil. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway starts on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on December 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period").
4. How to Enter
Method A: With a purchase. Place an order for the MerryWish Christmas Projector Light at merrynest.site during the Giveaway Period and receive entries per order as follows: 1 light = 10 entries, 2 lights = 30 entries, 3 or more lights = 50 entries.
Method B: Free entry, no purchase necessary. Fill out the free entry form at the bottom of this page with your full name, email address and the words "FREE ENTRY". Each valid free entry receives 10 entries. You may submit one (1) free entry per day, up to five (5) free entries per person during the Giveaway Period (up to 50 entries, equal to the maximum available per order under Method A).
Entries received through automated means, or with false information, are void. Entries earned through a purchase remain valid even if the order is later returned or refunded.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 USD digital gift card (or its equivalent value in local currency if a USD gift card cannot be delivered to the winner's country). No substitution or transfer except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 18, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours, or an alternate winner will be selected. If the winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner. The prize will be delivered by email on or before December 20, 2026.
7. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to the prize in their country.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its fairness. To the extent permitted by law, participants release Sponsor from any liability arising from the Giveaway or the prize.
9. Privacy
Information collected is used to run the Giveaway and contact the winner, in line with our Privacy Policy.

For the winner's first name and country, email us after December 20, 2026 through the contact form on this site.
